Stormchaser: Extreme Weather · Effective November 4, 2026
These terms are between you and Rogue Fuse Games ("we", "us"), the maker of Stormchaser: Extreme Weather ("Stormchaser"). By downloading or playing Stormchaser you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
- Age. Stormchaser is for players aged 13 and over. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you and supervise any purchases.
- Your licence. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its art, sounds, code and names belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute it, except where the law lets you.
- It's a game, not a weather tool. The storms in Stormchaser are fiction. Nothing in the game is weather information or safety advice. Never chase a real storm: follow your local weather service's warnings and get to shelter.
- Your progress lives on your device. There's no account or cloud save. If you uninstall the game, clear its storage, reset or lose your device, your progress may be lost and we can't restore it. Purchases of permanent items (such as Remove Ads and paint packs) can be restored through Google Play with Restore purchases; consumable items (such as Storm Cells and in-game cash) can't.
- Virtual items. In-game cash, Storm Cells, paints, upgrades and other items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred. They're part of your licence to use the game, not property you own. We may rebalance the game, which can change what items do or cost.
- Purchases. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Prices are shown before you buy. Nothing in the game requires a purchase to progress. If an item you bought doesn't arrive, use Restore purchases or email us.
- Ads. The free version shows full-screen interstitial ads between chases; buying Remove Ads stops them. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one for a reward. Ads come from Google AdMob and are covered by our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the content of ads or the sites they link to.
- Fair use. Don't cheat with modified versions of the game, tools that alter it or its saves, or by exploiting bugs to get purchases for free. We may stop supporting or refuse purchases on modified copies.
- Changes and availability. We may update, change or stop offering the game or features of it. Updates may be needed to keep playing or to keep purchases working.
- No warranty. The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost progress or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
- Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you in the game about significant changes. Continuing to play means accepting the new version.
